If you’re like most people, you live a busy life. Being busy has its rewards, but it can also create stress. It has been estimated that 75 – 90 percent of all visits to primary care physicians are for stress related problems.  And that’s not good.  

The daily demands on your time often make it difficult to take a breath, much less reflect in any meaningful way on yourself, or your relationships, or what is happening around you.

To help you step back from your daily demands, reconnect with yourself, and focus your attention on what matters most, I offer several options for group retreats.  Using a unique, interactive approach to learning, I’ll teach you how to use mindfulness and meditation practices to let go of stress, silence your inner critic, unleash your energy and creativity, and even cope with loss.

Each retreat is designed to provide practical tools that can be used back on the job of life. The group experience connects individuals to one another while attending to the needs and personal journey of each participant.
